A: Candidates will be notified, by email, to retrieve their Admission Letter from the NDAEB candidate portal approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to their evaluation date. The admission letter will include the date, time and location of the Clinical Practice Evaluation. If a candidate has not received an email notification to retrieve their Admission Letter within 10 days of their CPE, they must contact the NDAEB office at 1-613-526-3424. You must report to the specific location provided on your Admission Letter for entry into the college. Q: What do I bring with me on evaluation day? A: You MUST: Government-issued photo ID such as driver’s license, passport or health card. Your Admission Letter in printed format or on your smart phone screen. A clinical uniform/scrubs with no personal, college or dental clinic identifiers. Clinic shoes (closed toe and heel), socks/hosiery. These must be worn (a change area will be available) at all times while in the clinic. Mandatory safety glasses (clear glass only) or prescription glasses. Dental loupes are allowed.
