International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) Type of report required: Basic report with ‘Dental Assisting Course Work Report (DACWR)’ review. Note: The DACWR is a document available for download from the NDAEB website. Candidates using IQAS, must complete the DACWR and submit it directly to IQAS along with their other academic records required for assessment by the agency. World Education Services - Canada (WES) Type of report required: Course-By-Course Report Note: The NDAEB will not accept the WES Evaluation for Immigration (ECA), or the Document- by-Documents Evaluation. Further, WES reports must be completed by WES - Canada. The NDAEB has no control over the time required by the agencies to conduct the assessment; therefore, applicants should plan accordingly . In the event the agency is unable to complete the assessment for any reason, the NDAEB is unable to consider granting exam eligibility based on foreign credentials. 2. Candidates who have been granted eligibility with the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) , may submit to the NDAEB their NDEB Status Verification Report in lieu of obtaining a credential assessment report from one of the three agencies previously listed. ➢ The Status Verification Report may include an official letter issued by the NDEB confirming eligibility or candidates may submit an official copy of their online status obtained directly from the candidate’s NDEB profile page. Note: it is at the NDAEB’s discretion whether a copy of the NDEB profile page will be acceptable. Candidates will be contacted directly by the NDAEB if further NDEB documentation is required. ➢ The NDAEB will further verify directly with the NDEB that status of all candidates claiming NDEB exam eligibility. The NDAEB will revoke the exam eligibility of anyone not confirmed NDEB eligible.
