All decisions by the Appeals Committee are final and will not be revisited. In the event an appeal is granted, the full appeal fee ($260 CAD) including the appeal application fee ($50 CAD) will be refunded to the candidate. If it is determined that there are no grounds for an appeal, the candidate will be refunded the appeal fee ($210 CAD) and the appeal application fee ($50 CAD) will be assessed. If the appeal will be unsuccessful, the full appeal fee ($260 CAD) will be assessed. Any refunded fees will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of payment. Refund cheques or credits towards alternate cards will not be permitted. Appeal Fee: $260 CAD.
