Product directions for dental materials will be provided. The following is a generic list of materials that will be provided at each site: 1. Impression material (fast-set) with product directions 2. Prophy paste (fine grit) 3. Light cured cavity liner, various brands with product directions 4. One-minute anti-cariogenic acidulated phosphate topical fluoride gel with product directions 5. Gel etchant and light cured pit and fissure sealant material (various brands) with product directions. 6. Pre-dispensed topical anesthetic gel/paste with product directions. APPENDIX B: Professional Attire and Safety Professional Attire Uniform Candidates must provide their own uniform/scrubs. Lab coats will not be provided by the site. Clinic uniforms with no personal, college or dental clinic identifiers. Clinic shoes (closed toe and heel) and hosiery/socks must be worn in the clinic. Jewelry and Hair Scrub caps must be worn for all skills. (Cultural head cover is acceptable). Hair must be completely confined under the scrub cap. If you do not have a scrub cap the site will provide a disposable bonnet. Jewelry must be kept to a minimum. Wrist watches are acceptable. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
